Dans cet article, nous présentons une technique de conception de contrôleur de rétroaction de sortie dynamique pour une stabilisation décentralisée robuste de systèmes incertains à grande échelle avec un retard dans les interconnexions des sous-systèmes. Sur la base de la deuxième méthode de Lyapunov, une condition suffisante pour la stabilité est dérivée en termes de trois inégalités matricielles linéaires (LMI). Abstract: In this paper, we present a dynamic output feedback controller design technique for robust decentralized stabilization of uncertain large-scale systems with time-delay in the subsystem interconnections. Based on Lyapunov second method, a sufficient condition for the stability, is derived in terms of three linear matrix inequalities (LMI). The solutions of the LMIs can be easily obtained using efficient convex optimization techniques. A numerical example is given to illustrate the proposed method.
