Dans cet article, nous proposons un nouvel algorithme de handover pour garantir la qualité du handover dans les systèmes mobiles 4G. L'algorithme proposé limite le temps d'interruption du transfert en améliorant la latence de retransmission HARQ du premier paquet transmis depuis la nouvelle cellule de desserte. Grâce aux simulations, nous avons prouvé que notre algorithme répond aux exigences de temps d’interruption de transfert pour les services TCP à haut débit.
