Cet article développe une méthodologie pour redimensionner les résolutions d'image dans un domaine de transformation de bloc orthogonal arbitraire. Pour ce faire, nous représentons les procédures de redimensionnement des images dans un domaine de transformation orthogonale sous la forme de multiplications matricielles à partir desquelles est produite la matrice mettant à l'échelle les résolutions des images. Les expériences ont montré que la méthode proposée produit des performances fiables sans augmenter la complexité de calcul, par rapport aux méthodes conventionnelles lorsqu'elle est appliquée à diverses transformations.
